This is the terms of service for EzBlogSetup.com as of 1st August 2010. This is subject to change at any time.

Placement of Orders and Product Delivery Timeframe

All parties interested in having their blogs and website setup by EzBlogSetup must contact me first before making any payment. This is to ensure that there’s a spot available. For now I shall be handling a maximum of 5 orders only per week. This is to enable me work faster and deliver @ the expected time.

EzBlogSetup shall strive hard to have your wordpress blog delivered to you within 24 hours but this might not be possible in some cases due to unforeseen logistics thus we’ve decided to set product delivery at a maximum of 1 week against any delays that could arise.

WordPress Core and Plug-ins Updates

Blogs setup via the EzBlogSetup service are created in such a way that the wordpress core and plug-in updates alerts have been deactivated. This move is for your own safety as they are times when a plug-in update would require an update of the wordpress configuration settings and if this is not done properly, the blog – site might cease to function properly or cease to function TOTALLY!

The one month free support included in  the EzBlogSetup package excludes wordpress core updates i.e updates of the wordpress software itself. I shall only be doing wordpress plug-in updates. This move is brought on by the sometimes epileptic internet service in Nigeria. If during a wordpress core update, the internet connection should fail, the chances of your blog not loading at all is very high.

If you need to upgrade your wordpress core (software), please proceed at your own risk. EzBlogSetup shall not be held responsible for any mishaps.

Product Endorsements/Recommendations

The recommendations on this site are based largely on my experience with the products or the product owners. As it is in life, one man’s meat is another’s poison. EzBlogSetup shall not be held responsible if you don’t feel satisfied with their services. What I consider quality service  might be total BS to you so I implore you to go with your gut feeling and proceed with caution.

Blog Monetization via Google Adsense

Of recent we’ve kinda noticed that Google takes time before accepting new adsense account signups thus Google Adsense shall not be added to your blog until after 1 month of your blog being launched and being updated as regularly as possible. This is to reduce the waiting time for Google Adsense account approval.

Refunds

Once the services of EzBlogSetup have been solicited, paid for and subsequently delivered, there will be ABSOLUTELY no refunds.

NOTE: A refund is still valid if requested within 1 week after payment was made.

As clearly stated above, all blog setup services paid for will be delivered in a maximum of 1 week from the date and receipt of payments and requirements. Failure on the part of EzBlogSetup to deliver your wordpress blog – site  within a week will warrant an automatic FULL* refund of your money.

Refunds are exclusive of Web hosting and Domain name registration. To claim those refunds you’d have to consult the TOS of your web hosting provider.

NOTE: Domain name fee are NEVER refunded.

*All Dollar denominated refunds will be handled by 2CheckOut in full.

*All Naira denominated refunds to Guaranty Trust Bank accounts are FREE OF CHARGE while refunds to other banks will attract a transfer fee of N30 ONLY to cover the cost of COT & TAX.

One Month Free Support

All support enquiries shall be handled via email and phone within 24 – 48 hours. If you need support via phone, I suggest you get a GLO line and subscribe to their N18/minute plan which is the most competitive amongst the GSM companies right now .
